Teams are not strictly required to have non-citizen members; however, teams that include non-citizens (excluding citizens of Mainland China) from any country (not limited to the Indo-Pacific region) are welcome.Teams with a higher proportion of non-citizen members will receive priority selection. Teams must submit resumes, past notable achievements, and background information of members during registration for the preliminary round.
